As a patient-focused practice, ensuring our services are affordable is a priority for North Dumfries Dentistry. While we follow the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide, we do not publicize our price lists because the cost of services can vary based on what kinds of services are being done, whether you have insurance or not, and other factors like how many members of the family you have as patients at our practice. Your dental team at NDD will work with you to the best of their ability to ensure you get the dental care you need at a cost you can afford.
North Dumfries Dentistry accepts all major insurance plans. If you have a plan we may not be able to accept for any reason, we will work with you to make your service cost-effective, and – if possible – we will do our best to add your plan to our capabilities in a timely manner.
Yes, we are happy to offer direct billing to your insurance company.
We recommend calling at least a week in advance to book appointments at North Dumfries Dentistry. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day appointments and walk-ins, as the schedule permits. If you have a dental emergency we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
You will need to fill in our Patient Registration and Medical History Forms, which you can download from our website on our Request Appointment page. If you would rather fill this out at our office, please bring a list of any medications you are taking, as well as your insurance information or card(s) – if applicable. Knowing your dental history is helpful to ensure you get consistent dental care, but is not required to register as a patient. If you do not know your dental history, one option is to fill out a consent form at our office so that we can request your records be sent over from your previous dentist.
